These meetings are held annually before March of the following year. Occasionally, when there is a delay in the preparation of the Alumni's accounts, the AGMs could be pushed back to April.

At the AGM, it will receive reports of the committee for the past year, consider and if approved, pass the balance sheet and accounts submitted. In addition, election of members of the Committee will also be held, together with the appointment of auditors and transact any other business which may arise or pass any resolution or motion of which at least seven (7) days' notice in writing have been given to the Hon Secretary.

Fourteen days' (14) notice in writing of the meeting shall also be given to every member of the Alumni, and the notice shall specify the agenda of the meeting.

On the day of the meeting, one-quarter of the total number of members eligible to vote or fifty (50), whichever is the lesser, will constitute quorum for the meeting.

Where there is no quorum, the meeting will be adjourned for one (1) hour, and thereafter those present will be deemed to form the quorum, but they will have no power to alter, amend or make additions to any of the Alumni's existing Rules.
