Special Emergency General Meetings are normally called by the Committee where fourteen days? (14) notice has been given to all members.

No business other than that specified in the notice of the EGM can be transacted.

Members are entitled to have one vote at the EGM, and subject to Rule (4), will also be given one additional vote and no more on every question raised. In the event of equality of votes, the Chairman has the casting vote.
