Application for membership may be made either online or on a prescribed application form downloaded from the website. Subscription fees are to accompany the application to be submitted to the Hon Secretary of the Alumni c/o Serangoon Secondary School, 11 Upper Serangoon View, Singapore 534237.

Subscription fees by crossed cheques are to be made payable to "Serangoon Alumni". Cash payments may only be made in person to the Hon Secretary or any member of the management committee. In some cases, cash payments can be made to the School's Representative in person.

Receipts for payment will be issued by the Hon Treasurer upon receipt and approval of membership by the Management Committee.

All newly-approved members will receive copies of the Alumni's Constitution when their memberships have been accepted
